Description Provides affordable housing for people with mental illness and / or low income.
- long-term, affordable housing for people with mental illness and / or low income
- access for tenants to all other agency programs and services
- 18 years and older
- with low income
- and a history of mental illness
- who are capable of independent community living
- and have a demonstrated need for subsidized housing
- proof of current income
- written reference from a previous landlord
- written reference from a doctor or community professional that confirms suitability for independent living and how ongoing support services will be provided
- signed addendum agreeing to rules and regulations of Crime Free Multi-Housing Program
